Passengers face hours of Christmas travel hell as Storm Pia batters UK with 80mph winds
Travellers who might be looking to fly home for Christmas are being hit with delays as Storm Pia hits parts of Southern England.
Travel information site FlightView is reporting delays for a wide range of flights going in to London Heathrow airport.
FlightView is reporting flights going to Hannover, Budapest, Brussels, Copenhagen and Munich are facing delays of at least an hour. It has not been confirmed if the weather is causing the delays.
Heathrow Airport has been approached for a comment.
