At least eight men armed with assault rifles can be seen in the clip which reportedly occurred in the southern Red Sea yesterday.
Terrified crew members can be seen in the clip surrendering to the men aboard the Galaxy Leader, which is part-owned by Israeli businessman Abraham Rami Ungar.
Ungar is known as one of the richest men in Israel.
