24World Media has switched on a central newsroom system that links its flagship outlets into one controlled publishing network. Stories are now written once at the hub and published to individual outlets under per-site editorial guidelines, with every placement recorded in a verified link manifest.
The system gives the network a single control room: banner placements on each outlet are managed centrally and can be swapped in one field, categories and publishing checks are enforced per site before anything ships, and the status of every outlet (live state, post counts and last publish) is visible from the hub.
CEO News Network and Prime News Times are the first outlets wired into the central newsroom, with Trending News Talk, Big News Canada and Official News Web on the same standard. For advertisers and agency partners, the change means one point of contact for placements across the network, with links that stay attached to each story and can be re-checked at any time.
What “written once at the hub” means in practice is simpler than it sounds. A story is drafted and checked centrally, then shaped for the outlet that will carry it — the United States titles take the domestic angle, Big News Canada takes the Canada-first angle, and each site’s headline and category conventions are applied before anything is published. The verified link manifest is the paper trail: it records where each story went and when, so any placement can be checked afterwards rather than taken on trust.
The control-room idea extends to the commercial side of the network. Banner placements have always been the point where multi-site publishing gets messy — one creative booked across five titles, each with its own slots and its own schedule. Managing that from a single field means a campaign can be launched, paused or swapped across the network in one action, with the same manifest logic confirming where each banner actually ran. For the group’s agency partners, that one point of contact replaces five separate conversations.
The rollout order follows the rebuild sequence: the outlets that returned to daily publishing first were wired in first, and the remaining titles join on the same standard as their archives reach the depth their sections require. The status board — live state, post counts, last publish — is what keeps that sequence honest: every outlet’s place in the queue is visible from the hub, and nothing moves forward until the checks for that site pass.
Placements and distribution enquiries run through the 24World Media newsroom on this site.
The central newsroom connects the outlets listed in our Coverage directory through the distribution system run from this hub.
